The cleanliness and courteousness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast area was scrupulously clean and the service was swift. I also appreciated the provision of a second room key card when I accidentally locked myself out. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to a nearby train station and a park opposite the hotel.
There were a few negatives during my stay. The car park was quite small and tightly spaced, which made it difficult to find a spot.

We went to see elizabeth gate and the national archives nearby. You can eat at The Guru Tandoori, which is set 300 metres away from the property. Easy access to London Heathrow airport, within 15 km. We loved Trave London Kew Bridge.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a quiet residential area, with easy access to rail and underground stations. The hotel had basic amenities, including rooms with a small electric fan that kept me comfortable during the stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely view of the Thames from my room, and the powerful hot shower was a welcome addition. The breakfast provided was also satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.
All aspects of my stay were enjoyable.

Great value for money with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient location with easy access to transportation links, making it easy to explore the area. Free tea and coffee facilities available in rooms, along with daily replenished towels.
The room was uncomfortably hot and the provided fan was not effective enough to provide relief. Limited non, matching drink options during happy hour resulted in unexpected and higher, than, anticipated charges, and the bartender did not seem knowledgeable about how to make certain cocktails.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its convenient location just outside the Underground station. the park opposite provided a lovely place for picnics, and being next to the river was a bonus. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the view from our room was amazing, as we could see the planes flying over on their way to Heathrow.
The issue with the windows, which could only be opened a little for safety reasons.
